QUOTE(swk_sam @ Apr 21 2010, 09:20 AM) Lolz.... U got uneven beam cos yours is after market headlamp... So its common. This is my angel eye smoke headlamp with bosch projector transplanted. How much did the shop charge you for transplanting the projector ? Even i'm using original AL headlamp , the beam is not straight at all. I got two peak point instead of one at the left only.![]() Lolz... This is something same like cyclone. |

QUOTE(swk_sam @ Apr 21 2010, 10:07 AM) lolz.. i transplant myself... U can straighten the projector beam if u wan... next time tt i will show u how.. :D which means even if i'm busy also must come out tt , right ? Actually my driver side headlamp beam is very weird. if i pull the bulb upwards ( which point the whole bulb down , i get perfect beam with no distortion ) but if i return it back to normal , there's distortion and i can barely see anything @ driver side. anyone interested in installing LED @ number plate there ? most probably the seller will be free on weekend. http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/752466 |

QUOTE(swk_sam @ Apr 21 2010, 11:01 AM) Its from my old bosch headlamp.. Initially I though of insert something inbetween the bulbs and the bracket but scare that it might melt off so i dint touch it at all.Ya, this is what i mention to Danny before to relocate the hiding beam by bending the metal bracket... so your projector beam become brighter Next time tt must bring pliers along and let you show us how to do it. btw, if you free maybe join together for the led and have a look , location most probably in sunway area. |

QUOTE(jolipoli81 @ Apr 21 2010, 04:12 PM) then you'll have to adjust your bulb bracket already, adjust the bracket until you get the perfect beam. i can guide you during TT, i bet sam also know how to do these. How do i adjust the bracket ? Just use the plier and bend it upwards ?btw, do let me know when you guys getting the led Anyway , will let you know before i go meet up the seller , maybe you can ask the seller try if we could put led inside the reflector there? QUOTE(nayte @ Apr 21 2010, 04:49 PM) anyone here interested in just removing cat con and replace with bullet? haha. i dont wanna change extractor la. any idea how much it'll cost? I'm interested with removing cat con aswell, prefer to remove it this month ?Although Everco got great workmanship but their midbox alone can do flash rom already. Unless we go other exhaust shop which a bullet cost mostly 90 to 160 with workmanship. |

QUOTE(ThunderGod_Cid @ Apr 21 2010, 08:52 PM) Mind give your personal experience and reasons on why a box would be a better choice? IIANM , a bullet will cause higher decibel than a box but other than that , it's just a resonator , right ? Nayte , interested to replace the catalytic converter ? around 120 to 150 for a stainless steel one , so no worries about rust as time goes by. |

QUOTE(nayte @ Apr 22 2010, 12:01 AM) yeah i'm interested. maybe can get discount if we do together? haha. where is this place that you found? workmanship satisfactory? I guess we'll get some discount if go together but then i dont think it'll be much different as the price is pretty affordable already.Anyway , the price quoted above is for stainless steel bullet , for stainless steel midbox wise , i'm still waiting for this quotation. 4-2-1 extractor for Rm180 but i'm skipping that and save up for everco ones instead. Location puchong , okay for you ? |

QUOTE(ThunderGod_Cid @ Apr 22 2010, 09:45 AM) just rang up everco, there are high-flow s-floe boxes available, and semi-straightflow(mine) available. pipe size recommended 2inch. that's what i'm talking with nicholas last night.he'll take a box over a bullet anytime for its silence, and also it sounds better as a bullet does not sound as nice as a box. my point of view that midbox better due to it's larger which will be more silent and the exhaust note will be bassier compare to bullet. look at the picture of 350z(iianm) that you posted , damn large boxes there. |

Elton , does reflashing includes reprogramming too ?
" Recalibrating all sensors, injector values, monitoring knock, fueling, timing, idling in SAS mode, TPS setting and diagnostics. Car will definitely feel a lot smoother. Powerband on your cars will be linear. We all know that the tuning for Wajas from the factory were never perfect. Especially long gear pulls. " Update : just saw this offer at Wajaclub.com , " We do offer packages, reflashing for 6cars at RM2,000.00 at any one time. This works out to RM333 per car " This post has been edited by Andy0625: Apr 22 2010, 06:22 PM |

QUOTE(mxsteven @ Apr 22 2010, 09:55 PM) correction! if you use the matching wing, this will improve the drag co-efficient of the car! currently our car co-efficient is 0.35cd where Gen2 respectively at 0.30cd Thanks for the reply , steven.Added on April 22, 2010, 9:58 pm yes... reflashing also include reprogramming if nessesary! i will test the car normally! BTW the rom that goin into ur ECU is perfectly calibrated to all the sensors! Added on April 22, 2010, 10:01 pm yeah pls design the logo asap ok! I noticed it's not about the caliper coz i have calculated braking surface on waja brake pads vs vehicle weight over tq/nm so it is actually the servo..... damit... proton always like this! they wan us to die faster then buy another car! Is there any discount given for reflashing the rom with 3 people at one go ? nicholas : the price for stainless steel midbox range from 220 to 250 , in that case how ? lucky i dint go change the exhaust myself after getting the quote today as just now pass by putrajaya there got JPJ + POLIS roadblock. Saw one unlucky pajero fella kena check by JPJ using sort of machine to check on the exhaust emission. |
