i think it's juz some settings problem during Windows installation...

but i dun remember having the option of dynamic partition.. .

its got numberpad mar..

they make is small so fit in the numberpad.. the buttons are relatively smaller than the s42.. and its old kind of buttons..

f1 keys like so mini..

Yup, this can only be done within Window...you cannot choose it to be Dynamic in installation ...well, Batusai already said that he change the partition from Primary to Dynamic, which causes the Window cannot boot ..

can install.. but just cannot boot.. HDD problem..

how come lah?? what OS u using?? do a clean reformat loh.. very fast only..

I think better used XP bcoz XP will delete memory before install, win7 will not, so if hv any virus then can not work properly ~
had you set ur BIOS setting about HDD and Booting part ??

the primary partition into dynamic edi.. and now installing.. hopefully can let me boot lah.. aiyoh..

use XP if the situation is like this ....
just take about 30mins ~
using thumb driver boot can not totally clean the memory ...

I'm using win7 ... infected by virus. Foreign ppl help me check and boot using linux + GRP-3 and reinstall win7 back~
mine install win just need10-15mins ~

seriously.. i saw i3 around 5.7 5.9.. got 6.1 or 6.3 also..

i5 are like 6.9 and 6.7..

so.. any idea?? im thinking of reformatting again.. install OS to the unallocated partition den delete the primary partition

then know i5 or i7 will let me felt fast ?? bcoz i get immune with speed ~~

dang.. i deleted the parititon in windows.. and allocated it.. but its back to dynamic disk.. cant choose the option revert back to basic disk lah..

Well, this can do ok....maybe you can try to delete the boot partition first, see if can or not...if cannot then straight away go install another OS, and then delete the old one

And yes, like astria said..i3 & i5 got higher score because of HTT...still on par with C2D in raw processes..

i ve tried fiddling with my friend's laptop with i3 (Inspiron 14)...

i still love my T9550...

but right now.. i deleted the unsued partiton.. allocate it back.. its in dynamic.. wont go to basic.. and cant revert back..
