yesterday played CoH with on Steam...temperature was 93C when i push everything high with medium shadowand 2x AA..but kinda laggy..most the time hovering 30fps range, but some occasions i see single digit fps...

then i tried lower settings to get more frames, apart from texture qualities and model quality, the rest are dropped to medium, high unless there's only high and low, and shadow to low, off AA and post processing.., temp is ~89-91C, while fps gone up to 40fps++

anyway, anyone played this game on steam before, cos i am facing random lagging issue, where sometimes when i scroll thru maps, it will really freeze for few seconds...

haha but screen protector damn expensive weyh. RM60+ o.O and quite hard to find 15.6" ones.

i think i will go back and try installing the 10.4 Catalyst driver.. i'm on 10.3 now but it's showing my old driver number instead. :S

Should i?? since now that you guys say there's prob with the 32-bit one.

i think it's better to protect your investment....screen protecter is expensive, but sometimes, when i accidentally *scratched* ur screen(touch wood), u had to change whole LCD front panel ler...somemore if u dislike glossy screen, u can always buy those non reflective screen protector one mah..hehe

yeah, i called at saturday night explain my findings on my router's network monitor graph, and explained what is throttling, and how it is not related to the broken cable, but she say any report with slow speed related are not allowed to be opened until the cable issue is fixed, which is predicted to be fixed at around 2nd of may, which is last night.....
