Greetings everyone!

I just verbally agreed to purchase an apartment in Subang that allow pets in it. 860 sqft, used to be 3-room apaprtment, converted into 2-room.

I have several issues:

1. I have agreed to pay the 3% deposit but the seller is not willing to accept the deposit until I have my loan approved.

2. I only have one good contact for loan application. Need few more for comparison.

3. I do not have any lawyer yet.

4. I have a medium small dog with me, I have to factor into the design so it will be "pet-prove", such as flooring wouldn't be scratched, easily vacuumed/cleaned floor, etc. Looking for ID/Reconvators.

The theme/main idea of the renovation later need not be any fancy, just cozzy, with yellow lighting, considering plaster ceiling too, so need to fix the toilets, plus the kitchen. Any advices???

Here are some snapshots::

*****This is the master room area which I intend to have it change into a closet and dressing room since next to it is the toilet

*****Still master room, plan to have the bed place next to the window.

*****The toilet..which I think need major overhaul...

*****The other small room, plan to make it a guest room/ store room

*****Kitchen... so don't like the cabinets!!

*****Laundry area...what to do...what to do...

*****Living hall, plan to have my bookshelves place here..behind the sofas or something..

Hi, for the loan, generally you need at minimum a receipt to show that you have paid the booking fee before you can even start to apply for the loan. You tell the seller, if you don't let me book, how you want me apply for loan? Lol.

UOB u can call my banker Yunni at 012-6709643. actually HSBC can give -1.9% BLR for whole tenure.. also not to sure which is better though .. which is about -1.9% through out also.. on simple average calculation.

for HSBC u can contact Karen at 0126333602 both are very helpful.
