just collected my 2.0 last Wednesday. i realize that during drive on bumpy/rough road there is a sound coming from my right side of the car. has anyone have this kind of experience before? whats the solution? tq in advance

Spent few hours at sc jalan tandang, the problem of alignment & driver seat squick noise is remained unsolved.
For alignment issue, the service guy told me it's normal to lean left a bit for our car.
For the driver seat noise, they requested me to leave my car overnight for checking, WTF!!!
kept on telling me they take time to solve it..

And our forum has become the greatest enemy of kia service center.
most of the guy there keep on blaming our member give them a lot of trouble..

Going for my first 1000km service tomorrow morning at Jalan Tandang SC. Any forum members heading there too??

TWO issues hopefully can be resolved:
1.) Squeeking sound at driver's seat
2.) Rattling sound at driver side door when going on bumpy roads.

At sc puchong now, hopefully my seat squicking noice and allignment issue can be solved.

I sent my Forte to fix alignment issue. Last Saturday, I did 1st service and alignment (car steer to left) at SC Puchong. During went back to home, I notice the car steer to the right on straight road. After 2nd alignment and tested twice on the KESAS hiway with Arul, it is much improved. Will monitor for the next few days. Anyway, thanks to Arul for his commitment. Good job.
