As expected, the sales manager bashed Forte a lot - mainly on 2nd hand value and durablility after 5 yrs ... - many problems konon ..

Den he compared with Spectra 2nd value after 6 yrs only 11k .

I have decided i wanna get forte soon...but my budget for monthly is rm750 and below and a 10K downpayment...
so can any of u guyz suggest me which model should i get? but i like the one with white and with BK    need suggestion 

yup will get the EX 1.6 model with free BK...and how much the latest interest rate currently as i heard bank increase the interest already.

Don't generalise. You were the one who started trolling here by posting "city more better " without any explanation why the City is a better car. Act like a kid and you shall be treated like one. 
Yes, test drive the Forte & the Vios before making your mind. It would be easier for us to provide specific answers should you have any questions after test driving it.

Some tips which may help during your test drive:
1. Sit in all seats, but focus more on the driver's side as you'll spend most time there.
2. Think about who else is using your car. If you need to ferry many people very often, interior space will be a huge factor.
3. Drive on different roads if possible - slow taman roads and fast highways. If possibly go for twisty roads where you can test for body roll during turning. Don't need to race like madman during test drive even though petrol is free. Treat the test drive the way you are going to use your car.
4. Off the radio and turn down the air-con. Some salespeople like to crank up the volume to overwhelm the noise of the engine strain/poor NVH.
5. Ask about service intervals, costs, and warranties.
6. If the salesperson offers freebies, make sure they print it out black and white on your invoice.

Hmmm..i cannot find it in the car manual, but could someone clarify on this matter, when i switch on the headlight, all the instrument buttons should lit up including the power window buttons (switches) right? i noticed that only both front power window buttons (driver & front passenger's side) lit up but not the rear buttons (both). Is it a common for all Fortes? The power window lock/unlock button & door lock/unlock button (at driver's door panel) also didn't lit up. Just wanna clarify whether it is a common or a defect?

hmm u sure the back row one lights up as well? cause mine only front row... driver + passenger. Rear dont have

Sorry if u misunderstood my question. Actually i meant for both (left & right) power window button at the rear passenger's door panel  . on the driver's door panel all 4 power window buttons confirmed light up...but not both door/power window (lock/unlock) buttons.
