Ok, i just cannot get it right... i've written all my contacts down in My Contacts to be synced with my android but the stupid htc sync is doing it the other way around deleting the contacts in My Contacts rather than putting them into the phone... wassup?! help plz... its frustrating...

Now it keep telling me Sync Failed...
