Problem details
First occurence of problem: 2 days ago
Problem frequency: 48 hours and counting
Problem description: ******* Lag in my games , my ping will go up to 300 for like 1 min and keep spiking ?!
its getting very annoying and frustrating i cant even play my matches properly i keep spiking from 12ms - 300ms which is god damn annoying because you cant shoot properly

what on earth is TM doing in TTDI ? is HSBB sucking all the bandwidth ? or are the HSBB users just selfish torrenting 24/7 sucking all bandwidth here and we streamyx users cant even get quality service anymore

Lodge a complaint to SKMM or CFM to get a faster response from TM.

what kind of response will tm give regarding my problem ?

Most probably all the HSSB already take the shared bandwidth of yours

im lagging pretty badly and i cant stand... anyway to approach tm ? i cant tell them im laggin in a game they wont give a rats *** about me ..

u don't have to tell them u lag in games. just tell them ur connection speed is slow and tell them about ur ping.

i already tried the port reset but it didnt work

did u ask ur neighbour or fren near ur house? do they oso have same prob?

nope =P i just moved to this neighbourhood... my neighbour on the left is using izzi wireless modem .. the other neighbour is not so friendly -.-

i'm having the same problem too...

but my problem lag and spike occur during 7.30pm-12 pm unknown timing

it's really frustrating and i've been calling them for 5 times now..

it has been happening since CNY until now..

ur still ok.. i have a friend in subang that has the same problem for 4 months already =.=

do the traceroute and paste it here
1 for US ip and 1 for Local ip

what is a traceroute ? lol i only heard of trace ip

your ping looks good...any specific web you browse that lag? Local or international?

Any website. But the ping sometime request time out.

I just wan to know tat my modem problem.. line problem or laptop dio spyware or virus...

but why sllow browsing on internet and super duper lag in game?
