I'm having problems accessing the Internet via Maxis' 3G service. I get the error message "Connection not allowed". I have tried removing the old service settings and obtaining new ones but it didn't help. Running on v50 firmware.

Any ideas guys?

Thanks for your reply.

I've already gone through the FAQs on the first page. I don't see "APN Control". There are only "Packet Data", "Data Call" and "SIP Settings". "APN Control" is nowhere to be seen inside each.

Having problems with 3 / 3.5G access on my phone.

"APN Control" is nowhere to be seen under Settings -> Connectivity -> Admin. Settings for my 5800. I've also downloaded new service settings from my provider. I did not face any issues with packet data connectivity a few months back.

Can anyone shed some light regarding this issue?
