I need help!
I'm trying to update my firmware to the 40.0v. Last month my phone crashed & i sent it to Nokia. When I got it back they claimed to have the latest firmware installed. But apparently not. My current firmware is still 31.0v
I've tried updating using OTA, but my 5800 can't seem to find the update. Then I tried using Nokia Software Updater but this came out instead...

"Your device already has the latest supported software. No update needed. Please note that your mobile service provider, operator or carrier may not have approved the latest Nokia device firmware available"

That is ridiculous since my friend who is using the same service provider which is Celcom can update his 5800. So why can't i?
What have Nokia done to my precious phoneee???
