hi all...i'm experiencing some problems in my phone.... it occur when i'm downloading mobile themes from a very popular phone website...after done downloading, the phone suddenly shutdown n restated...then when i tried to open the themes section the phone's LCD will slowly dimmed n phone shut down... i read some here n i do soft reset on my phone.... the speeds is improving but same problem still occur...hope u all can help me here...my question are :

1. how to do the hard reset? i follow the instruction but nothing happen...

2. previously i see some messages cannot be deleted but after doing the soft reset it's ok...just the task manager now showing many application tat i do not open....i try to close all but it remain there....is tis a virus?

3. i wonder how much does it cost if i sent my phone for repairs? some say rm50....n can nokia center fix tis phone since it's still under warranty
