hi, i just bought a nokia 5800 red. awesome phone with lots of functionality n looks cool. i hv a problem at the moment whereby i could not update the firmware using nokia software updater. the software said dat it could not detect the phone. i hv a feeling dat my vista os could not detect the phone.
does anyone knw how to solve this? do i need to install a driver for my phone? thx! |

hi, i tried to install nokia 5800 XM firmware 40.0.005 to upgrade my phone firmware but it gave me an error: -5005: 0x80070002 has occurred while running the setup. Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications.....
does anyone know how to solve this? tq. |

why my nsu said that it cant detect my phone? im using vista home. make me crazy..
