i had a friend who still using 5800 and she encounter a problem. She said she cant go " media " to play song and must use the file manager in order to play song. IT said file corrupted, operation failed. She also claimed that all her song's file were still there and also can play through FM. So may i know , is the file corrupted? Or Virus? And is it possible to reinstall the firmware?

My friend said that she cant reinstall firmware as it will automatically detect and said it's latest firmware ... >.<
