just asked

almost a year bought this phone, no time to mod at all..replaced the lcd yesterday,the problem that been mentioned in most forums about the defect with first batch phone.

so right now just format the memory card and do hard reset back, so starts from zero lah..install all back..lol!

Guys,wanna ask,why when I play a mp4 copy from my computer on the phone,it only play the sound only but doesnt show the vid?

Thx for the advice.But I converted the file in my computer 1st then copy to my phone,is that the problem?
Basically I prefer to convert in pc 1st bcos I think that doing it from pc is faster

u can convert in PC then copy into phone, there's not video converter in built or 3rd party .SIS/.SISX converter yet

and .. i never mentioned about converting in phone .. go read the FRONT PAGE!

Lol...bcos I thought download the converter into the phone and convert it thru the phone

Nope ..

The built-in Instant Messaging is based on the, so called, Wireless Village IM specification (controlled by the OMA, Open Mobile Alliance). Very few operators/service providers support this IM.

The only Nokia phone currently supports video without conversion is Nokia N900
and it support most IM direct from its sms window without 3rd party it only requires plugin.


For nokia 5800XM if u want to run MSN u need 3rd party like fring, window live messenger , ebuddy and etc

Then when i run Garmin on my phone, i notice the english and wording all is like mixed up. Example,
"back" button now is "bagel/donut"
"vehicle" now is "version"
delete = delivery
yes =you have loaded
no = no valid unlock

this is so sweat

Hi all. May i ask how to open facebook in tube with same interface as pc? I try open but it always open with mobile site or community. Already search first page but can't find solution. Thanks.

just installed Resco Photo Viewer to replace the default picture gallery...and ttpod to replace default music player....damn nice!!!...

dont have any suggestion for video player..i use default one, works great for me
