Does the english only CFW mean that after I flash it, I wont be able to view and type chinese or I'll be able to view but unable to input chinese? Thanks.

hi...i'm a newbie here...just bought my tube few days ago.. my current version is 31.01.101...but the latest firmware in the nokia website is 40 i tried many times 2 update using the phone, NSU and OVI suit but still i got da same result saying no updates available.. can anyone help me? thanks
