actually i've just bought my 5800, most of the forum i read, it says to do hard reset, like urs too, is it ok if i do it myself? if i hard reset, all the things will gone right? all the installed software such as games and dictionary? plus the music that nokia includes? all the nokia ringtones?
is there a place where i can have someone to do it for me around kl? bcos im too scared to do it myself

erm sorry bro...kau tim d from previous pages...but nowi already done backup to my momery card...but when i want to restore that time..it says phone memory not enough...i use usb cable seems like cant get into phone memory to delete it...how..?
