Then i do read some forumer says, ask them to replace a new sim card. Then everything will be OK. happened to me last week, Im a Celcom customer .. Celcom discontinued PUK2 for my SIM card (im using Celcom Power38 corporate account) .. but i do remember that i had PUK2 given by Celcom previously (about 1 year back) duie to PIN2 blocked .. the CSE managed to dispatch complaint to another level of support and gave PUK2 to me on the next day
