try use kill me end any running tasks at background, try also the music library refresh issue at FP

1. remove battery at this screen
2. wait 3 ~ 5 mins
3. put back battery
4. press YES at this screen and power button once (like normal flash)

if still cant ..

funny situation, u have alots of tones in the memory card? try double confirm the profile settings to be in General mode for example
