Apple has always been pretty good with utilizing hardware. Take their Macs for example. wink.gif

I don't think they'd create something that didn't give their consumers a "smooth" experience when using their product.

its a joy seeing 4.0 is coming, will definitely upgrade to 4.0 when its released. don't even need jailbreak for 4.0, but too bad i really hope the new os would support transfering files over bluetooth

Whoa..I left it at page 5 yesterday and now we are already 11 pages in front.

BTW, to those questioning the unavailability of several key features of 4.0 to 3g, I guess steve has summed it up.

But I just want to reiterate that other than hardware issue, it's just simply marketing strategy.
If Apple give it all out to all older versions, then when will Apple get that massive sale for the latest iPhone?

Plus, flash on iphone is not related to hardware issue. I believe it can be done. But there must be some unsettled business or a dispute in agreement with Adobe.

Bluetooth file transfer I reckon is also a settled business. There's no way they will let us transfer files and songs without breaching the copyright issue.

In the mean time, I love all the first 4 features while the rest does not really of my interest.

Really hoping they won't left out vid call by this summer though.

Let see what analyst and dev can dig up from the beta. Hopefully something juicy like vid call.

Yeah, that's a feature that the iPhone has been lacking since day 1. And I don't think they plan on implementing it anytime soon as well. But I think most of us iPhone users have grown to get used to it. Right? tongue.gif

yes..this just the OS preview..we might expected something bigger o the new iphone 4....flash/hotmail is never going be supported by iphone or ipad..thank god iphone had come with the html5..like the ipad..so one problem solve...well i think bluetooth is never to be there for file thransfer esp music...because of copyright issue in itunes...

Multi-tasking and folders already can work smoothly on Jailbroken 3GS. I can run StreetFighter 4, read documents and browse the internet at the same time - 0 Lag...And we can add few thousands of apps on iphone and put in Categories(folders).

So I guess if 3rd party apps can make it work wonderfully, official features should be more amazing.

Don't worry. Iphone 4G sure have a camera at the front. Got a supplier supplied these part to Apple.

And the good news is, the front camera would be better than average standard VGA camera.
