u need to use money to buy for beta for 4.0 in usd 99 if not mistaken.. however if u r not dev just try to stay out lo..

SIRIM approval is a very headache process.. last time i order an some item from other country but kena kastam block at the end need to go here and there to get some document from SIRIM and other department.. that was my last time that purchase from other country
