People gauge the price of a property expensive or cheap based on price per square feet.
Being someone who has little idea how big 1 sqf is, can the gurus here enlighten me the price deem cheap, expensive & normal for landed properties & highrise condos? Are the rates suppose to be similiar consider same location/freehold/leasehold etc?
Also between Freehold & Leasehold, normally what's the price difference for similiar location?
I know different location yields different price per square foot. Hope people can give as many example as possible. For now lets work on KL & surroundings.
For Example Price around:
KLCC
Sungei Wang
Old Klang Road (Kuchai Lama/Sri petaling/Oug/Taman Desa)
Sri Hartamas
Petaling Jaya SS2
Subang Jaya (Sunway/Subang Parade/Taipan)
Puchong
Sungei Buloh/Kepong
Klang
Please give examples something like:
1.Location
2.House or Condo etc
3.Freehold or Leasehold
4.Size
5.Price per Sqf.
Please give as many examples for the above in hope i can have a sense of market price between different locations in order to tell what is expensive what is ok. I would also like to compare prices across different state but maybe later.
I believe this would also give many people a good idea about market price.
