another noob question. assuming we standing outside the sidewalk waiting them to drive out then snap pic of the car.the owner not happy,can they sue us? they cant sue us(juz becoz they beh song)unless we use the photo for other purpose izzit?

The R35 is labelled as a 'sports car' but this thread is on 'supercars' & 'exotics'. Hence, with strict application of the terminology rule, an R35 would qualify here without a doubt as it's rare and it's designed to drive like a supercar (hence excluding rare sh*ts such as the uncommon Mitsuoka nonsensewhateveryouallcallit). The key element is the word 'rare'; despite it being mass produced and labelled as a sports car, an R35 isnt a common sight here in Malaysia, as of yet lah. give it a year and it'll fall into the R34's status lol. i bet i'm making more sense than Wiki.
