Wish to continue my career at europe with a chance of migrating over there and get dual nationality or citizenship?

any countries in particular i listed easier to secure a permanent job and easier to convert to their nationality?

any EU countries right now easier to secure skilled migration?

if i not wrong, for spain, i just have to work 5 years there, and i will get their nationality right? is it same for all EU countries?
