anyway i don think china will overtake US anytime soon.. personal opinion.. they may be the strongest at the moment.. just cause US is weak.. but when they recover they gonna come back fast and strong..

honestly speaking.. if the USD dies.. the whole world goes down with it.. and for china to overtake US as the powerhouse, they will have to remove USD as the reference currency.. which will take alot of time and effort.. doubt they gonna do it.. whole world using it.. i can't even start to imagine how is it possible to do that..

I say China can do it in 15 years Hope they can.

I agree with this assessment... Its gonna be difficult for China to overtake US... Not because of anything, but simply I feel the nature of politics could somehow cause a problem in the long run... It happened before to another country, so the potential of it repeating again is there... lol!

I don't know about RapidKL, but Rapid Penang impact on Penang's transport has been tremendous.

I don't think China can overtake Japan and US in terms of per capita income although Chinese economy size will be larger than US and Japan.
