One of my sales girl aged around 23 was pregnant. She just got to know 1 month ago. End of the month her performance bombed and so she got the traditional call up into my office and then when she kena grill abit she suddenly explode and let all the stuff out and started crying and crying non-stop on how she cannot tell her parents, she's scared to face her friends and also scared to face me one day to apply for maternity leave and she's so ashamed etc etc etc..that's how the story goes when your bf knocks you up.

Well I had to be level headed and sympathetic. Poor girl was just losing it. Calmed her down, reassured her that the company will stand by her and she can go away, have the baby and come back as if nothing had changed. Advised her to face her family and tell them she made a mistake and have faith that although they'll be mad but they will still love her and stand by her. 2 hours gone just on all this sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif

Don't worry... This can also train you to become a father/husband in the near future... brows.gif

Seriously, why are guys dumb enough to do things like this... Why can't people just not have a relationship without the sex... At least until the relationship is solid... lol!

Not all family will accept this though... Some will, "GEEEEEEEET OUT OF MY HOUSE"... lol!

She's the typical quiet and shy girl who was just so innocent and she let a dumbass take advantage of her. Seriously poor girl but I think she'll make it. Her family is open minded enough and caring (according to her).
