Plan to buy a lot for rent out.but have see a lot of unit are selling ,dont know what the reason?
is this Palm Spring condo got any problem?
Or have any condo recommend ?

area congested, difficult to get parking spot (if you have more than one car), leaking in some areas, noisy (because next to highway)

The cars parked in front of Palm Spring always cause massive jam during peak hours. Just doesnt seem so nice.

like so many complain there..i go there before if more than a car should park outside and will get summon always.

look on pelangi dmsara..look nicer ,not high density like palm spring but space is smaller,around 800-900sq ft for high floor.

pelangi damansara around 200k for a unit 900 sq feet.
pelangi utama more expensive
