I think for this jam session we just play back all the songs that we have performed during Animangaki, as a refreshment and warm up.Another jam then we can plan for any song need to be perfecting or new song to suggest.

Suzann might not be free though..already ask..hey btw I thought there's someone beside us want to play guitar..might else invite him for jam

you mean JunLing31?

He lives in Shah Alam. Means that you need to find some studio either in between Shah Alam/Bangi or Shah Alam. But I wouldn't suggest jamming studios in shah Alam. Be it Apple Jam at Sek.7, Triple Sound at Sek. 19 or dunno wazzit called studio at Sek. 25. All the studio sux, the cable always fault, the mic got wiring problem, the amp already old and not producing good sound, the gadgets all broken and nonsense (HM-1, DD and Metal zone. Got no overdrive) and morever the price is ridicilous. Compared to Twoze, Twoze is <9000 better than all the studio in Shah Alam.

hmm..how about icon studio?
I'm currently at Puchong right now doing programming training btw biggrin.gif
Icon got 2 studio, the cheap one and the expensive one.

The expensive one is RM38 per hour, but both amp is Marshall brand, and Hartke bass amp. The drumset is Pearl brand as I remembered. The stompboxes consist of many effects. However the room is too big and the position of the amp causing the sound to be not amplified properly.

But if you all are not looking into brand instead of sound quality, I would recommend Studio B, the cheap one. RM28 per hour. The room space have catered for the sound amplification produced by the amps, thus creating a balance and nice sound eventhough all the amps are Behringer brand. Only necessary gadgets are provided in the stompboxes (besides, our guitarist wouldnt use all those delay, hyper super metal effect, flanger and nonsense effect rite?). I dun know about the satisfication regarding on the drumset coz I'm no drummer but according to my drummer from the other band, he's satisfied with it.

You can try calling this person for query and booking. Mike = 017-6989189

However, if u have any recommendation on other studio at Puchong besides Icon, might as well we try it.

^ Probably he meant your siggy. In American football, 1 touchdown=6 points, with extra two point conversion hence = 8

Explanation on the two points conversion, refer to here
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Two-point_conversion

But Manchester United is not an American Football team yo.

BTW already confirm whether jam or not? got place? what is the time? who's coming?

Agree. Best to confirm it early coz rite now I oso got invitation to backing the bassist position for my friend's band due to his bassist unavailable this weekend. If you all confirm to jam, I reject the invitation.

And just for this week only, Friday nite and Saturday nite is a no-no to me. Got recording session with my other band (shud say ex-band. Just helping them on the recording).

Oh I was still sleeping at that time. So sorry.

If the jam session is on, I suggest we only jam the usual songs that we had performed during Animangaki, as a warm up and fresh start after not jamming for so long. Me, Noir and Chiaki already had our warm up last week biggrin.gif

I...uh, quite feeling weird about our unique approach rite now. If wanna go that approach, we need to learn keeping up with the vocaloid/backtrack vocal tempo

I hope my response here is not too late.

Thx everyone for the jamming session last saturday.Especially Mudmaniac coz still coming eventhough having a cold.

What a suprised Myclamyra brought Geekzone to meet us all.Welcome to the club dude. We had a talk after the jam session last saturday and I already passed the songs we currently played to Geekzone, and he also interested to play songs from Touhou and Supercell. For Touhou songs, I am in the midst of making new arrangement for the medley.

@Dark Steno

Its ok, I know you are having difficulty on the transportation after the accident. Glad that nothing happened to you though.

Thx for the support everyone! Hope to see u all on the next jam session.

Wanna experiment something. Since Geekzone can play Shine Days, I'll leave the rythm part to you guys. Here's the chords

user posted image

and here's the power chords table. Just change the normal chords indicates above to the power chords below:-

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

try listening to the song same time while reading the chords. I will try find and put the vid specifically for rythm part only if I got free time tonite.

Uh well, its just an experiment. If Mudmaniac and Steno can catch through above method, I'll put for Shiranai sugoi Monogatari Oniichan next. And probably our next project songs also. If cannot, well then hafta sit down and learn together or provide full tab (which I reluctant to write it down uh).

But this one only apply for rythm part. The lead part, it does need to follow normal tab reading.

@ Suzann, probably we gonna test Shine Days in next or future jam session. Just for your info.
