I just look over My dearest drum cover, and test abit hitting on my lap lol..to be frank is not hard as you think, but the drum pattern is just weird and has an unusual off beats which needs a lot of effort in memorization..This song is just typical supercell style..the more you memorize it, the better you get into it >_>

It's because the yt one either :

1. use a cheap e-drum
2. didn't setup the drum properly ...eg. crash cymbal doesn't sound like crash cymbal, hi hat doesn't sound like hihat ect.
3. bad recording

listened to full version, this song concentrate much on drum n keyboard..

the guitar part.. not so much.. except the solo part.. with proper listening you can get it..

I think mudmaniac can do it...

and hope mudmaniac learn how to play the lead for Only My Railgun next time.. it's a good practice, lot of techniques being used in this song..

you can go for improvise version if want to play on stage, the original one for practice..

Yeah, I also had fun yesterday. I didnt expect we will play Only My Rail Gun(though I only can catch up the chorus part). And eventhough we didnt planned to play Shiina Ringo's song, but we manage to play a bit of it. Love is War we manage to play until the end(coz it was an easy song).

So i summarized the new songs for next jam

Lets not forget on the Touhou songs. The easiest songs from Touhou that I can suggest is Dark Side of Fate by Xi-On. I'll show you if we have the acoustic session next time.

ps:- Mudmaniac already exceeding me in terms of theory. Now he need to master the fast fingering technique to become the lead guitar(damn it I should take guitar class as well)

Well, classes also require self effort. for me, i know im only putting in 20% of the required effort in my after hours practicing.
as such, 1.5 months of lesson only yielding about slight increase in speed and a 55% overall picking accuracy.

Still, i already know most of what i need to concentrate on to improve, so I will try my best.

This male version vocal is more powerful than the female vocalist one. And they are singing the same key? This male vocalist is crazy.

already figured how to play it.. I can't get the wah2 part.. it's so damn hard to figure how to play that part without any cover that show how.. well just ignore it..
