When I ask steno "nape tak bukak flash band booth kat luar tahun ni", then he flash his media pass at me...Y U NO THERE BAD APPLE!! At least we can have our own karaoke session~

The Anion band tries very-very hard to be like Houkago Tea Time. Wonder how the singer maintain that Yui-type voice on stage...

Flash band? outside? in KLCC park? the guard will tackle us so fast. would spend the next week in lokap for "seditious activity".

I am very very sad i did not get a chance to see ANY bands playing this weekend.

Those people know zilch about controlling the flow of people. If you want people to line up outside your stupid hall then MAKE lines. instead you let the waiting people clump into a mob right outside your only entrance. And 25% of them were people that already PAID but cannot get back in anymore.

BTW i dont mean the CF guys. They were organized and carried signs showing where to line up inside hall 4. Also they were Soul Society so if you potong queue they will potong your soul.

they should have done like AFA. Stage and shows in 1 hall and booths in another hall. mixing the 2 was a disaster. partly the reason klccc freaked out.

The ticketing should have been outside of the halls, perhaps even open air if they could manage protection from rain.

QUOTE(Brian O'Connor @ Jan 4 2012, 10:55 AM)
I forgot to inform on the new songs we gonna play as per discussion from previous jamming.Pls correct me if I'm wrong.

-4 songs Touhou medley chorus
-Touhou Moukou theme (dunno what song title is that, the one Mudmaniac keep playing the intro during free jam session)
-Soufuu/Sawakaze - Tomofumi Tanizawa (Kimi ni Todoke 2nd season op. I dunno which song)
-Kimi ga Kureta mono - Secret Base

Note:
As for the touhou medley, I dunno what songs the touhou gurus wanna suggested. Appreciate if Steno and Chiaki discuss each other 1st and proposed the 4 songs sequence here, eg:- Cirno Theme>Sakuya theme>Marisa theme>Reimu theme. Pls suggest theme songs that you all able to simplified and play.
Can I suggest to postpone this week jam session to next week to give time for all of us to study and practice the new song.

We are really touhou'd now. Steno and Chiaki were discussing a little on saturday.

The song is SanZenSekai (三千世界). Was trying it out on the weekend with chiaki. a lot of fast chord changes, and all of them are clean open and barre chords. fun tho.

nao must go learn secret base.

QUOTE(Zaban @ Jan 4 2012, 09:18 PM)
I just realize something about this senzensekai song after listen the cover for quite numbers of times. In order to play this cover you actually need 2 rhythm guitarists LOL. Its kind of unusual but maybe because of how unique of the song is, it requires 2 rhythm guitar players.

so basically the setup of key players are

1 clean rhythm guitarist
1 rhythm distortion guitarist
1 lead guitarist(on clean/echofx)
1 bassist
1 drummer
1 vocalist

hmm.gif

so I think I really need Mudmaniac help to post the tabs or chords for the other rhythm part which is played in distortion..I guess you should able to figure out how it's played since I think you already know all chords of how to play the acoustic rhythm. >.>

O_o

im not sure i have the mental concentration to post tabs. maybe, another session over at your house?

well, i cannot seem to catch it.
so it should be the same notes as the open chords...

guess
Eb F and G,
Eb F and Bb?

the lead into the chorus is

Eb F G
Eb F Bb
Eb F G
C Eb F

then the chorus is

(Eb F G
Eb F Bb)
X2

im having trouble picking out this extra distortion guitar. i hear something, but it sounds like the same notes in power chords to me.
im pretty sure is the same notes but in power chords.

Added on January 4, 2012, 11:15 pmdemmit i keep forgetting audio ppl usually put distortion guitar into the RIGHT audio channel.

Should always remember to flip my headphones to hear the other half of the song.
