Had a chat with Myclamyra via msn and he advised us to concentrate on the current song for the recording. The idea is to concentrate on 1 song per week and save the best for recording. As for the new songs, we still gonna try study it but its just for the sake of jamming unless the song is already fully mastered to be added in the records. BTW in midst of getting these two into helping us on the female songs.


Myc have pm her but now need to arrange the time for recording with her since she will be busy these 3 weeks. Her cute voice really suit for a song that has a high pitch.


Already met her last Tuesday. Quite friendly lady and willing to help us on the jam session if Alice is not available on the jam session day. Not only that, she also can attend for the night jam.

Video recording yes. Drum recording for cover cd mmg tak sempat. Summore aku xtau samada studio tu ada equipment buat recording. Kalau ada pun kene buat peringkat2. Kalau ada masa kita buat voice recording skali tapi kene bawak notebook la.

Btw ada 2-3 studio recording kat Danau Kota yg highly recomended oleh one of my rock kapak bandmate. I need to survey there check the price. If ok, we will do the recording there by this week(Preferably this Saturday morning). Sila asahkan skill anda Chiaki-sama.

Had a fun jamming session yesterday.All of the old and new member came to join us. Really appreciate it.

Location as per stated previously at AZ Jamming Studio at Kajang Utama. Great studio with marshall amp and a big a$$ space even can sleep on the floor while playing guitar. Heck the studio also gives reasonable price which is RM20 per hour. The owner also quite friendly coz eventhough we already late 1 hour but the owner stilll count the time is started soon after we arrived(coz luckly he already make a gap of 1 hour for the next band to perform.

All the songs that were in the list also played untill finish including the new one which is Glamorous Sky. A few problems was noticed while playing which is the improper range for each instruments, tempo of the song, and so on. We also able to tested Ms Wei's vocal and Joon Haw's bass skill.Busted10 only show a little but I think he can be improve if given enough time to practice.

After the jam, we refreshed ourselves at seafood restaurant just below the studio and were given an introduction speech by Mr Myclamyra. The members also were give a chance too introduce themselves, preferred position and their bg of music.

During the speech, Myc had pointing his concern on the band futures which is aiming to perform on stages. So he suggested that we are to improves our individual performance 1st via posting vids on utube and get the necessary comments to get improves. Yeah and also regarding on the suitable range for each instrument to jam and to perform. As for the cover CD that I am working on rite now, he suggested to have Chiaki's drum to get recorded 1st and starts finding the nearest recording studio around Southern KL. So nearest one to be aim is will be Pertama Music Studio at previously we jam before.

Since we have 2 drummers, he want us to split the band into 2 to be fair to all the band members. So far I only heard about the drummers which is as follows.

-Chiaki to play all the listed songs except for After Dark and Glamorous Sky
-Busted10 to play After Dark and Glamorous Sky

Well, the meeting dismissed around 1am in the morning and everybody went back home nice and safe.



Oh btw, thank you all for willing to join the jam session last nite especially Ms Wei and Busted10 since they are supposedly working tomorrow. And REALLY REALLY REALLLY APOLOGIZE TO ALL PEOPLE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FETCH BY ME BUT WAITING TOO LONG DUE TO MY LATENESS. I'M VERY VERY SORRYY HOPE THAT U ALL FORGIVE ME YA~. I WILL NOT LET THAT HAPPEN AGAIN HAIII~. .....And also thanks to that guy from the other band who willing to lend me his pick coz forgot to bring my own pick.

Ya, agree with u that most of us look down on glamorous Sky. Even I missout some rythm part of the song and Chiaki admit that he need to practice on the song more often. BTW yeah, we all sux at P.A and sound checking coz the amp is quite branded(Marshall), the drumset and also got mixer. But since the room is God damn big and the sound for each instrument is unbalance, thats why the results of the song played a bit noisy and not harmonic.

BTW guys, plz look at the schedule that I have planned for our cover cd. Do give comments and some feedback.

I personally feel that Ulti-san is right. If we cannot go through the sound check issue, we fail to perform at stage. Hence, the best test ground to keep practicing our sound check skills is the bigger studio which I preferably AZ jamming studio. Regarding on the transpotation, it should be solve as follows for the next jam session.

If AZ Jamming Studio

-Steno or Noir can pick Ultimaweaponx and/or Alice
-Brian, Busted10 and Joon Haw can share transportation(seriously, I didnt know that both of them live/work in Kelana Jaya).
-Chiaki and/or Mr Myclamyra can pick Ms Wei and ZC at Sg Besi LRT Station

Pertama Studio Jam Studio

-ZC and Ms Wei can go there either by themselves or need to be fetch by either me or Mr Myclamyra depend on the time and situation.
-Steno or Noir can pick Ultimaweaponx and/or Alice
-Same. Brian, Busted10 and Joon Haw can share transportation
-Chiaki and/or Mr Myclamyra can go there together.

Rite guys, according to the schedule, the next jam session will be on this Friday night 5th November 2010. Time will be from 8pm to 10pm.

1 week to do the cd's cover. Another 1 week to do the copies. Hmm regarding how many copy oso need to discuss.

For now I put long duration coz I only concern bout the time for us to do the cd's cover.

Chiaki, dun push ur self. My plan still got contigency but it just didnt reflect in the programme that I post above. So can still record in the following week.

Last night just finish recording for drum track. Manage to recorded 4 out of 5 which is:

-Pure Pure Heart
-Listen! (Aiyoo this song supposedly not in the list however since already recorded, might the song can be included to attract K-ON fans to buy the cd )

-MeguriAi

The only song that didnt manage to get recorded is After Dark due to the studio owner mistakenly lost the track sample (damn ). Neway, will wait for Mr Myc to come back from US for editing and quality check. Might there is a song that need to be re-recorded again Neway let Myc decide about it.

BTW next drum record session is on 13th-14th of November 2010. The song list to be recorded will be

well we need a better equipments on that. Current recording equipment couldnt catch the bass sound. We already discuss on the equipments and looks like we need to revised on the video recording method. For now we hafta stick to this one until we find a better equipment. However thanks for the advice. U just gave me idea.

Sorry for late update

Last jam session report.

The good
-All came early as expected.
-The studio owner likewise, is a very kind person. Willing to drag the jam duration 30 minutes forward.
-Well, we r really really in debt to Chiaki and Noir coz willing to go back to his house again to bring the midi controller.

The bad
-The performance not went well. Majority of the song 'tak jadi' or messy.
-Its my bad, there r 'accidently invited guests' among us. So probably the bad performance is becoz we r o shy to play with strangers looking at us.
-The studio owner come late.

Comments from the guests
-the line up is perfect with great/godlike members but the problem is the chemistry. Thats why he only saw us playing that nite with 'tension and stressed' expression rather than 'happy and fun' expression. Generally, the band got no chemistry at all.
-revised back the choice of song. There r songs that suits with Chiaki and there r songs that suits with Busted10. Make use of 2 drummers. Its very rare and yet special to have a band with 2 drummers , 5 strings bassist , a talented keyboardist , a grade 7 lead guitarist and a good female vocalist .

However, generally the main point of the band problem is the chemistry. We did have held some chemistry repair session thanks to ZC that Saturday between me, ZC and Chiaki and we oredi detect a few causes and problems. But to explain it here a bit long. Lets just keep this between me, Chiaki and ZC.

Regarding on the next move
These 2 days, I have a lot that I had thought about how to improve the band in the future so that they r really well prepared to perform at stage. I have already proposed my plan to ZC and he totally agree with me. Now I need to let Myc be informed about it but dun want to 'kacau' him rite now coz he's too tired after came back from US.

p.s :- Sooo sorry guys for being so tense and serious these 2 days even during last week jam session. Its not becoz of the band that cause my 'uncomfortable' behaviour but something happen pertaining personal matter but I really should not brought that feelings during the jam session.Apoloogize very much
