I will be buying a 10 year old apartment soon. However, after paying the 10% downpayment, I have not much cash on hand. I heard that need to fork out another 3-5% of selling price for the Loan stamp duty, SPA stamp duty, transfer of title, disbursement fee and processing fee.

My question is it possible to pay by credit card or 0% interest installment?

it is possible and financial institutions welcome your act because they earn interest from you

you need to take cash in advance or personal loan

For that to be possible, you'll have to ask the panel lawyer whether or not they accept card as payment. If the firm is not big, usually they don't.

The legal fees can be included into the loan, so you dont have to come out cash for that.

The S&P will be 2.5%-3.5% of the purchase price, depending on the price.

Please call/sms/email/pm me for further details. I'll help you arrange your loan as well. Free of charge service so dont worry =)

Hope to hear from you soon.

Regards,
