Went to Uptown branch yesterday to get my car tinted using the XD5 film.
So far, I can feel the difference already even though the side windows is a bit darker that I expected. The car clearly not as hot as before and the glare is reduced. Very happy that I choose the XD5. I was greeted by the young manager Mr. Aun, promptly greeted me with my name since he is expecting me. He went on explaining to me the about the package that I choose and going to details on the insurance part. My only complaint here is the waiting room. It should and can be better than the condition right now. They started the work exactly on time because I arrived a little bit early. The installation work is efficient and professional. I stayed with them the whole process, inspecting and monitoring the job. The staff is friendly and willing to answer your question. The job finished quickly, they only took about 50minutes to tint the whole car, which is very surprising to me because its too fast. I went to ask the manager, he said its because its a new car. If its an old car, it can sometimes reach 2 hour due to the job to clean the screen first. I have to wait for another week to see if there is a impact on the quality since the job is done quite fast. Thank you Damon for making the appointment and giving the discount. |
