I went to do my tinting just a couple of hours ago at the Maluri branch. When I initially, I was greeted by the a confused sales person who mentioned to me that there was no such RM350 package, but the best offer for me was RM430 package. I called Damonzero, and he solved it for me. After a few rounds of calling, finally they said to me that yes, there is such a package, and it is special package for online only. I guess the communication within Cool World needs to improve.

Nevertheless, just like any other sales pitch, they tried to upsell me to buy a better one by adding RM80 and etc etc. I insisted on my original package and they accepted my decision. Although I had an appointment, they asked me to wait instead for another hour, because there was another car that they were working on. I was quite unhappy so I messaged Damonworld. Not sure if he did anything, but after a few minutes later, I met the branch manager, who is absolutely a friendly guy who looks very decent. He honored the appointment and started working on my car immediately. Good service from the branch manager! He is a real asset to Cool World.

Quality seems good, but let's wait for a few more days to see if bubbles start appearing.
