hey guys, i'm flying to KL this coming Sunday to visit Tiffany&Co. due to my location (Swak), family and work commitments, i will only have one day in KL =(

i have 2 questions:

1) which outlet provides better service? KLCC or Pavillion?
2) do I have to call them up to "book a session" with them?
