buy 2 same normal design couple ring with/without small small biji diamond

or

buy 1 ring got one biji diamond for her, 1 normal ring for me

which better ?
she already got an engagement ring with diamond cost around rm2k.
if with buy the one diamond, that engagement ring do what ? keep ? thanks

clarity and cert important ? didnt ask.
color is bad, i think is R.
habib 0.4 carat, 750 white gold at rm3k without cert.
