i plan to get a propose ring.. but out of so many jewellery shop in MY & SG, i have 4 shop in my mind.. but i not sure which 1 carry more reliable stone. hope you all can give me some advice.

shop in my mind as below:
Lee Hwa @ SG - they have Destinee series
Sookee Jewellery (Brilliant Rose) @ SG - i haven't visit the 1 at Pavilion.
Gold Hearts @ SG - they have Celestial series which MY dun have
Love & co @ MY - nothing much special.
DeGem @ MY - they are doing GIA promotion now.

as my understanding, Lee Hwa, Sookee Jewellery, Gold Hearts are quite established company in SG, but how bout DeGem? because the price they offer me now is really tempting

oppss... sorry.. is diamond.

er.. budget is around 4-5K
