Essentially, 2 rings. But it is not necessary for you to be paying for the wedding ring tho. Since a wedding ring is for both bride and groom, you could either split or if your fiance is nice, she may offer to pay for the wedding band And of cos if she is fine with it, one ring is alright too.

I really can't speak for your gf. I would suggest you to talk to her about it? I personally wouldn't mind cos I believe the meaning behind the ring is what matters.

However, there's another form of diamond ring if you're interested to look into. Moissanite ring. It's really popular in the US and it's 20-30% cheaper than real diamonds. It's not popular in Malaysia yet but if you intend to get her swarovski, I think getting her a moissanite would be better. I actually wished I knew about moissanite before I got an engagement ring cos it's seriously beautiful!

You would have to order online but so far, I've not heard any issue on delivery.
