No cert diamonds also need about 3k that range to start, I think.

Normally diamonds below 0.30 carat has no certification. No serial number. You just have to trust the jeweller for the colour, clarty etc..
with a cert its a peave of mind of what u are getting.

Go to Wah chan midvalley or one utama ..choose your own diamond and choose ur own setting.. can get 3-4k

I have friends buy from these brands before.. but if u start to study about diamonds u can compare lets say for same specs lets say 0.30 D VS1 n u go to few shops n ask how much it would cost .. Wah chan is consider one of the cheapest .. however if u are looking for brand then u can go for others ..really depends ur gf is brand conscious or want a better quality diamond.. i have frens buying from wah chan 1 carat diamonds coz they are cheap.
If you want a professional advice from a certified GIA gemotologist ..i would recommend look for this" I DO jewellery " on facebook. She doesnt have a physical shop but she is quite well known in the industry . its recommended by my frens n Ling is a very good in choosing the best diamonds . me n my frens buy from her.
