I am looking for new set of HT for my new house, currently using Pioneer RS7 on my old house, and I am not planning to move it.

TV set is LG plasma 60 inch, LG Bluray Player, HDX 1080 Media Player, XBox 360.

My requirement:

At least 5.1
HDMI (Video and Sound) switching at least 3 input.
SPDIF and Coaxial digital sound input.
Component input to HDMI output converter (for my XBox 360)

Obviously you're not looking for HTIB are you ? Cos you budget is max RM8k.
