Its near the 2nd hand PC/laptop section of LY Plaza towards the back mostly on 3rd and 4th floor,
and sometimes they leave HDD and RAM on display, and most of the sellers are Middle East, Persians or Pakistanis. I think this dunggu try to kebas the stuff they leave on display, and run away, but the shop owner caught him and did a neck hold on him before authorities arrive...
