Hi Guys,
I'm looking to buy a 2nd hand condo unit in puchong called Casa Puteri, but i'm quite worried that the "Cube" (http://www.fullhouse.com.my/public/pub_launching_soon_detail.asp?launch_id=16) which is a commercial building might affect the condo itself as the "cube" is just built next to it although there is a tennis court and some car park lots distances away from the "cube", wonder will it affect the condo. Does anyone know if it might affect it? The land on the cube is below the casa puteri condo and I have read reports of the Atmosfera Condo project along jalan pipit causing cracks in Villamas and even Sri Bayu Apartments (which is 1 apartment away at least) due to the piling. Could someone who might have knowledge or experience in this area shed some light into this? Appreciate your thoughts and comments. Thanks.
