but hynix RAM the stock voltage is 2.5v rite?
meaning at max it would require less voltage compared to other RAMs with 2.6 stock voltage

on my KVR (see my sig) at BIOS i set to 2.7v
but my mobo increases it to 2.78v(almost 2.8)
and to think my RAM is bare..no cooling or heat spreaders or whatever..
fortunately my case got good airflow.

as far as i know..most Gigabyte mobos not meant for OCing =x
at least they're stable at stock
i'm an ex-user of gigabyte mobo from their RZ series..fair enough its a good mobo if u dont plan to OC

D43s love 3-4-4-8 for high DDR speed

My DFI hates it totally... it won't boot up with these rams... 

Syapl, are you able to lower your cpu multiplier? Try to make it lower and try whether the rams can hit higher or not. 

Supposed to be no problem..BUT

eg:

1. let say DT-D43 can run 250 and BT-D43 can run 270.So one of the stick may limit the another one.U have to run at 250 only coz DT can't run up to 270.

2. both can run at 250MHz. DT can use 2.5-3-3-6 but BT 3-4-4-8.so u have to sacrife to run at loose timing

can u get it?? 
what HTT multiplier did u use?? 

Command per clock (CPC) ON = 1T
Command per clock (CPC) OFF = 2T

not sure if the Intel's PAT enabled/disabled is the same thing or not
