i just bought a new KVR hynix chipset...DT-D43...how much it can go? timing and voltage?

i bought it from edi8888...new ram..just Rm130... it is D43...timing is 3-3-3-8...

Currently i am OC my hynix DT43 to 240MHz...worry to OC to 250mhz coz it will effect my proc fsb...actually using stock heatsink for my proc..wait till i got a better cooling and will push the ram higher..huhu..
