QUOTE(Evil Oracle @ Apr 7 2006, 06:01 PM) hail to forumer im newbie last time i was bought pczone rm300 last 2weeks d43 i m not sure wat vers. 1gb ddr400 pc3200 my timing 3-4-4-8 268mhz x 9 = 2.4ghz (333) cpu amd64 754 2800++ (2.4ghz) anyone can suggest me to improve the oc i can reach to 2.5ghz but to scared if the ram can burn... Wao,your RAM can reach 268Mhz at 3-4-4-8.That's consider very high power already. You are setting the RAMs running on what voltage?

QUOTE(x800 @ Sep 13 2006, 10:38 AM) hurm, IMO it's ur cpu that's limiting the fsb n the ram.but if u've already tried with other rams that can reach higher fsb wif the same 1:1 divider, then most probably its the ram.3.68ghz is already high and good for a northie on air cooling bro.. I am trying to go for 3.8GHz if can...hehe...Or maybe i try to pump other 5FSB to see how is the system going on.

@ uzairi, the Hynix BT-D43 can goes up to 267MHz @ 3.1V .Does this voltage harmful to the RAM ?I saw the post at page 59 there. Please give me some comment about that.

QUOTE(ddww @ Sep 15 2006, 07:56 PM) @raymond you post up the wrong image. cant see wats the manufacturer of your rams. try point your CPU-z tap to SPD. The CPU-Z only can identified the RAM is from Kingston. Attached thumbnail(s)

QUOTE(alan85 @ Oct 11 2006, 04:27 PM) to all sifu here... where can i get BT-D43 now days? or anyone going to sell their BT? i found a CTP-D43 512MB DDR400 RM205... is it worth to have it? This CTP-D43 normally can go up to 230FSB using 1:1 divider as i saw before.Nowadays RAM's price has been increasing yet the price for 512MB is considered fair.

This thread seems like has been silent for a while. @siauann,the C4 is capable to run on DDR-2 1066?

QUOTE(^KamilskaZ^ @ Jan 25 2007, 09:20 PM) there is no problem with DFI board. Brainpower PCB. Very good overclocking result. Somemore is using DT-D43 on 2.5 latency.Awaresome on KVR.

DT chipset , can go for at least 250MHz with 3-3-3-8 timing. Assuming you are using 2.8V on it.Where you bought the DT chipset? It's very hard to get them now.

Tight timing will be giving better result in Super PI compare to loose timing as more bandwidth.I think this should be the same within AMD and Intel system. If you want faster result have to pump in more voltage for your RAM already, else just run it in looser timing. In reality there are not much difference.

You can overclock if your motherboard support overclocking features. What you mean the type ? Any DDR can do overclocking but just depends how far they can go.
