let me know the BT-D43 single sided performance

here is my result ,

My 2 x 512MB Kingston DT-D43 (16c) only able to get 2-2-3-11 at 211MHz, 1T, (DDR422) (2.9v)

2-2-3-11 at 215MHz prime test5 got 2errors after 6runs..

tested in my ABIT NF7-S . Im using AMD XP TB-B 2000+ OC to 2.22GHz (211x10.5) 1.7v.

just now play with 2T, can easily get 2-2-2-11 at DDR420

i dint test how high these pair DT-D43 can go coz due to my processor cannot go high... i don't like devider also

although my result not impressive, just try to give some info

my 2 X 512MB Kingston DT-D43 can do 2-2-2-5, 1T at 193MHz only
memtest run 8hours no error .

2-2-3-11, 1T at 200MHz , havent try the x-x-x-5 yet at 200MHz

all did it in my ABIT NF7-S, 2.9v

ok, i bought this DT-D43 long time ago .. My KINGSTON 2x512MB DT-D43 (double-sided) in action

test bed :
Processor : AMD64 3000+ Winchester, (250x9) default voltage.
Mobo : DFI NF4-DAGF (BIOS 414)
RAM : Kingston 2X512MB DDR400 DT-D43 (double-sided) Vdimm : 2.85v , 1T (actualy i forgot is use 2.8v or 2.9v already.. )

My advise : useless to apply more than 3.0v voltage to DT-D43.
not trust me ? go try and see

able to push to 260MHz with same timing and voltage, memtest#5 passed at least 5hours, but got error in memtest#8

more than 2.9v memtest#5 got errors.

this is the Everest Memory Lantecy when i was doing 260MHz 2.5-3-3-7, 1T, 2.85v
prime failed after 1hour



early conclusion for my DT-D43 :
I think the tight timing and high MHz for the DT-D43 is around 250~260.

nope,
even the DT-D43 can clock high,
but it got very low point in sandra memory bandwidth benchmark,
the bandwidth efficiency only 8x% ..
i wonder why ...

all testing running 1:1 ratio.

Default timing for Kingston Value RAM is 3-3-3-8 ma
so nothing wrong there.
anyway, i saw 2.5-3-3-8 Kingston Value RAM b4.

Hynix chipset can easily do CL2.5,
If you are lucky enough can do CL2.0 too.

you can download lastest CPU-Z and see can detect correct your RAM timing or not.

My Kingston 2 x 512MB DDR400 (Hynix DT-D43)
able to do 2-2-3-11 DDR400, 1T up to 208MHz or 210MHz only i think.. can't realy remember.
2-2-2-x DDR400 in 2T

I have 2 sticks of Kingston 512MB Hynix DT-D43 able to do 250MHz, 2.5-3-3-7, 1T on DFI NF4 Infinity
260MHz 2.5-3-3-7 also can, but need more tweaking

doing 4-4-4-12 @ 800MHz, 2.0v, Black slots.

Spec :
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 @ 3200MHz, 1.45v
CoolerMaster GiminII Cooler + 2 x Silverstone FM121 Fan
ASUS P5N-E SLI (BIOS 0401) 1.56v chipset
Sapphire ATI Radeon X1950XT 256MB (PCI-E)
OCZ GameXStream 700W PSU



i remember this pair able to do 850MHz, 55515 in Intel P965 board,
but i forgot what vdimm and take the pics...
