i'm still using my E71, however just a few days ago it met an unfortunate accident which damaged the keyboard and fear this may be the final stake to it's heart.

This has been my best phone serving me faithfully for the past 5 years (i carry 2 phones, this as a business phone along with my Galaxy Note). It's been dropped several times, often on hard floor and the worst from a flight of stairs. The phone is so strongly built, almost all metal that each time dropped only managed to dent it slightly if at all but not the internals.

Sometimes simplicity is all you need. Yes it doesn't have large fancy touchscreen nor an application list that runs into thousands but as a business phone it comes standard with most of the applications you would ever need. There's even a Mail for Exchange app if you needed to connect to an Exchange server. Using the hard keyboard is just pleasure as opposed to a soft keyboard which doesn't give you any tactile feel

There's so many features of the phone which are just brilliant! The notification light (you never get this anymore on the smartphones and will never know if you have a miss call or message unless you check it) also serves as a breathing light and gives the phone a unique character. I love how the light glows when i put it beside my bed when i go to sleep. The concept of profiles is brilliant, allowing you to quickly switch between work and leisure modes giving you access to different icons on the main screen at a touch.

Best of all, you'll never worry about getting lost or having trouble finding places as Garmin Mobile XT works just fine including A-GPS which gives a very quick GPS lock in just seconds.

It may be finally i have to bid farewell to my trusty phone once and for all. This is ultimately the best business phone ever designed by Nokia, there may never be another one that will lay claim to this in history. Thank You E71!!
