Hey guys,
I can't update my Nokia E71! Currently it is version 300.21.012. Everytime I try to update it says "Update failed" or "Phone is not connected" as OviSuite always automatically disconnects my phone and then reconnects it after the update fails. Can anyone help?  |

Thanks for the advice
 how do I hard reset?So I click on update firmware again, and when it gets to the "install" phase, I take out the memory card? |
