1. Brand. SE, Nokia, Samsung also can.
2. Budget. best is around 1000-1200 3. Specs. Touch Screen, WIFI, can support Garmin GPS, good sound recording ( to be use in lecture class) , good camera which can take good photo at dark or bad lighting place, good speaker. 4. Type/Size. Touch Screen & bigger screen better. *currently I m using 5800. |

^^ is vivaz good for taking photo at low light situation? or night situation?
