Like the other forumer said N900 its for multmedia but not entertainment. I never had any problem browsing any website with it currently replying from nokia n900.

The thing is like this. My mom's old nokia 5800 condem. So she want a new phone. She dont use it to online/game/programs. Mostly just for calling and sms. This is also a status phone for her. So the price must be above 1k.
Otherwise for her requirement i also know rm300-400 can get a phone for her already.
So hope sifu here can recommend a few choices for ladies phone budget around 1k thats easy to use. Prefer no touch screen as user is above 50 year old.

Is CSL brand any good? I mean is it recommended? I have a tight budget here of RM500.Looking for a touch screen,wifi and decent camera phone.

Its not really malaysia brand. They just take china phone put their own brand and call it CSL just like that.

N86? i don really recommend because this phone very laggy.

i always do my research on phones, reading the reviews on GSMArena. 5800 and X6 are both awesome phones, but their camera image quality aren't very good.... according the the reviews...

owh, what about samsung pixon12? i love the design, and the camera's pretty good too, though they have a bad video recording...

what's the diff between 5530 and 5800? are they smart phone category?

She got her own dslr toy to play so wont be using the phone camera. As for music, car radio then she will listen.
As long as basic functions can be done without using slider is good. As in can answer call, make calls to previous called list without sliding phone.
When sms then slide is ok. I think now new phones mostly is like this right?

ermm..contact list u can choose to save @ sim card...due to it dun have memory card slot..
always make a backup file @ ur computer...

Hi everyone..I need some recommendations for a new phone.

3. Specs - GPS and WiFI is a must, also a clear camera.
4. Type/Size - Any with huge screen.

In short, I would be using the phone mainly for the GPS and WiFI. A nice camera is also required for some mild photo taking. What I have in mind now is a Garmin.Asus Nuvifone M10.

p/s: hopefully can get a phone wih GPS..so that I won't have to pay so much on A-GPS.
