a cheapest phone which as hspda so i can use it as a modem for my 2nd sim..
the reason i dont wan to use hspda modem coz sometimes i will use the sim to sms overseas..
any recommendation? new or used..

if u want non touch screen but qwerty keyboard.,.. you can consider Nokia E72
